The unit is equipped with 5 Drop Hammers, an Integrated Tool Room, a well furnished laboratory, a Machine Shop with conventional and CNC machines and a Standard Room with latest apparatus to ensure conformity of standards right from the incoming raw material stage to the outgoing finished products. To ensure right structural strength and other physical properties, the unit is provided with Induction as well as Thermal Heat Treatment Furnaces. It also has an automatic paint line to ensure consistent and better finish of the painted products.
